Longer appointments, for a reason
A rushed fifteen-minute slot is enough to treat a symptom and book you back in. It is not enough to work out why the problem keeps happening. Our appointments are longer on purpose, so we can assess properly, treat the cause, and give you the home exercises that make the result stick.

If your injury is ACC-covered, we register and manage the claim for you, so you can focus on getting better rather than on paperwork. No referral is needed to start, just book in.
