Our Clinical Pilates is led by a specially-trained physio and Pilates instructor, with a programme tailored to you, so you build strength, control and easy movement that actually lasts.

The difference is in the word "clinical". Because your instructor is physio-trained and knows your history, every movement is chosen for your body and your stage of recovery, and progressed as you get stronger. You are not following along at the back of a room hoping it is doing you good.
